License terms
Ridy is a commercial software product developed by Lume Agency and distributed primarily through Envato’s CodeCanyon platform. Usage of the software is subject to Envato licensing, with additional terms outlined below.
🛒 Purchase & Licensing Model
All base product licenses must be purchased from Codecanyon and follow the standard Envato definitions:

| Extended License | For commercialized apps (e.g., charging end-users or ride fare markup) |

📦 Installation Scope
- A single license allows installation on one production server at a time.
- Development or staging instances are permitted but:
- Cannot be used simultaneously without whitelisting
- May require manual IP approval by our support team (contact: contact@lumeagency.io)
⚠️ Running multiple live environments under a single license is strictly prohibited.
⚙️ License Enforcement & Validation
Ridy uses license validation via static IP binding.
If the license is:
- Used on multiple servers concurrently
- Violated through code tampering or redistribution
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict the license after review.
🔁 White-Labeling Rules
✅ Allowed:
- Client-facing apps (Customer, Driver, Admin Web) can be fully rebranded
- You may customize:
- Logos
- Splash screens
- Icons
- Theme colors
- Language/locale defaults
🚫 Not Allowed:
- The Admin Panel automatically adapts to your brand, but:
- Certain core BetterSuite references cannot be removed
- Attempting to remove them via code modification violates license terms
❗ Resale Restriction:
- Redistribution or resale of the software (as a SaaS or codebase) is not allowed without written consent from Lume Agency
🔧 Support Plans & Upgrades
Licenses can be upgraded to include:

These can be requested via support once a regular Codecanyon license is validated.
🛠️ Violations & Consequences
Violating license terms (e.g., multiple concurrent installs, codebase redistribution, or unauthorized branding removal):
- May result in immediate license suspension
- Will void any active support agreements
